We are looking for someone with passion for technology and proven work experience in client-facing roles to join us!

What will you be doing?
  - Help clients implement projects on SMARKIO platform;
  - Provide training and hands-on support on post-implementation;
  - Ensure that the highest service delivery is achieved, by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);
  - Manage support requests, prioritizing where necessary;
  - Retain ownership of problems until resolved;
  - Help clients to use SMARKIO according to guidelines and best practices;
  - Execute some queries (using SQL) to help clients reach their goals or filter out some problems;
  - Test new functionalities of Smarkio and suggest improvements;
  - Contribute to our documentation.

What are we looking for?
  - Passion for technology;
  - Some skills in Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL);
  - Some knowledge about Linux and bash;
  - Experience in client-facing roles (consulting, operations, support, other);
  - Passion for ensuring a great customer experience;
  - Bachelor’s degree is preferred but we will consider relevant professional experience;

What we also value?
  - Experience with frontend development;
  - Experience or/and willingness to learn more about cloud technologies;
  - Knowledgeable about digital marketing concepts and how they are connected;
  - Autonomy.
